RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR / CONVEYANCER

St Albans, Hertfordshire Salary:
£40,000 - £55,000 QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Solicitor to join our well-respected client in St Albans, Herts. We are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their friendly and established residential team. You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload for roughly 2 to 5 years. The type of residential transactions you should have experience on are: Sales Purchase Leaseholds Freeholds Remortgages Transfers of equity The firm is offering great routes for progression, hybrid working, and other great benefits, as well as offering competitive salaries. If you do not have experience in a couple of the above, we still welcome applications. However, please note if you do not have case handling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered.
