We are working with a reputable law firm in the area that is looking to expand its Residential Property team. Key Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish, including sales, purchases, and remortgages. Providing expert legal advice to clients on a range of residential property matters. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Developing and expanding your own client base within the Coventry area. Collaborating with the wider property team and supporting more junior members where needed. About You:
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with proven experience in residential property law. Strong ties to the Coventry area, with a solid understanding of the local property market. A network of local clients or contacts would be highly advantageous. Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach. Motivated to contribute to the firm’s continued growth and success.
