After a sustained period of growth, they are now looking to add to their team with a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive 1+ years PQE to help expand their influence throughout East Sussex. The Firm and Role:
In the idyllic setting of Crowborough, East Sussex, this friendly established firm is looking to expand their property offering after a period of sustained exponential growth. With an excellent reputation in the local area with little competition, you will have access to high quality residential property matters. The work will be varied and will include but not be limited to sale and purchase of freehold/leasehold, transfer of equity, new builds, and remortgages. The firm is looking to develop a culture of internal progression and are more than open to discussing the pathways all the way to partnership available for candidates of any PQE, making them a great firm to consider. The Ideal Candidate:
You will be a Residential Property Solicitor, CLC or FCILEx with a background in conveyancing. Experience of Commercial Property would be highly desirable although not essential. With a collaborative culture running through the firm, the ability to work in a team is essential. You will be highly organised with the ability to communicate and work efficiently with different personality types to maximise work in an exciting environment. On Offer:
