This Firm is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Residential Property Solicitor to join our dynamic team in Dundee. In this role, you will handle a diverse caseload encompassing all aspects of residential property law, including purchases, sales, new builds, re-mortgages, and title transfers. Additionally, you may occasionally provide commercial legal services to property developers acquiring land and buildings for development. Your responsibilities will include managing a full portfolio of transactions, liaising with third parties such as solicitors and banks, and identifying opportunities for cross-service collaboration.
