Residential Property Solicitor
A Residential Property Solicitor is required by a Residential Property team to work in their Somerset office dealing with an array of residential property matters.
The law firm has a number of strategically placed offices working across the South West region providing individuals and businesses with legal advice. The Property department works with a number of builders, developers, individuals, agents, and financial institutions.
The Role
The Residential Property Solicitor role is part of a residential conveyancing team that deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including new builds, residential developments, plot sales, freehold and leasehold sales. Working closely with others in the department, there will be ample opportunity to be involved in business development and the growth of the department. The Candidate
Qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer. Good people management experience. Salary dependent on experience.
