Enfield Our clients based in Enfield are a friendly, expanding and highly regarded law firm. They are actively looking for an experienced Property Solicitor to join their successful firm. Primarily, in Residential Property you will have the ability to manage your own caseload and all aspects of sales and purchases, along with providing you with administrative support. Duties include:
Undertaking and fully managing a caseload of sales and purchases of freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, help to buy, and right to buy and Deeds of Variation. Creating and maintaining lasting relationships with clients and third parties at all levels. A thorough and detailed approach to work. You will have:
Excellent organisational and administrative skills. The ability to work with the team in an approachable manner. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is key. What's on Offer:

Salary is very competitive plus an excellent bonus structure. 20 days holiday (for full time roles) + bank holidays + December festive period shutdown. Pension.
