I am currently working with a well respected law firm who are looking to expand their Residential Property department in their Canterbury Office. They are seeking Residential Property Lawyers and welcome applicants from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and Unqualified Conveyancers.
For this role you will be expected to manage a caseload of Residential Property matters from start to finish including leasehold, freehold, newbuild properties, remortgages and lease extension work. You will work with a friendly team and develop relationships with the long term existing client base.
