This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join one of the leading firms in the region! Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion. Provide expert legal advice on a range of property transactions, including sales, purchases, freehold, and leasehold matters. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases. Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties to provide updates and address queries. Stay abreast of changes in property law and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation. Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a focus on residential property law. Proven experience handling a varied caseload of residential property matters. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
