Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive

Premier Recruitment Group is delighted to partner with a well-established law firm in Maidstone, recruiting for a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their busy team. With at least 3 years PQE, you'll have the opportunity to handle a varied caseload with no need for business development - just plenty of work coming in!
This is a hybrid role, offering 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, providing flexibility and a great work-life balance. You will also be provided with paralegal and secretarial support, ensuring you can focus on managing your caseload efficiently.
Key Duties:
Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion Advising clients on the buying and selling of residential properties, including freehold and leasehold transactions Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and other property documents Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties to ensure smooth progress of transactions Managing property searches, exchanges, and ensuring deadlines are met
