We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who wants to develop their career, lead on cases, and develop good quality client relationships. Regular use of a car will be an advantage. 3 years + PQE of relevant experience Manage your own caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold property (registered, unregistered, new builds) Carry out lease extensions and auction transactions IT literate with an understanding and willingness to pioneer and embrace system development to build efficiencies Provide support and supervision to colleagues in the team Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, agents, and colleagues in a friendly and approachable manner Manage own caseload through effective use of a case management system Ware & Kay is a Disability Confident and Equal Opportunities employer.
