Oculus Legal Group is currently working with an established Multi Office Regional law firm based in Milton Keynes looking for a Residential Property Solicitor. The candidate:
This role is ideal for a experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years PQE. You will handle your own caseload, consisting of a range of residential property matters including, freehold, leasehold, sales and purchases, transfers of equity and remortages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload, handling all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, equity transfers, new builds, and re-mortgages.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and best practices in residential conveyancing.
- Manage transactions from inception to completion, with a focus on precision, strong time management, and exceptional client care.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, identifying potential issues and advising clients on solutions to mitigate risk.
- Coordinate with mortgage lenders, estate agents, and surveyors to streamline the transaction process and address any challenges that may arise.
- Provide clients with clear, timely updates on case progression, responding promptly to inquiries to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Contribute to business development efforts by nurturing relationships with clients, colleagues, and referral partners, helping to drive new business and enhance the firm’s reputation.
