Due to increasing workloads, this top-tier, multi-award-winning law firm is looking to expand their current Residential Conveyancing team in the Thames Valley area. Role:

Conveyancing Property Solicitor Responsibilities: Manage and progress a mixed caseload of conveyancing matters through to completion, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages (leasehold and freehold). Handle exchange, completion, and post-completion related correspondence and matters. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and introducers. Person Specification: 3+ years PQE with demonstrable experience in residential conveyancing, including a strong record of successful transactions. Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently, meeting deadlines without compromising quality. Excellent business development skills. Note: Referrals from Estate Agents will be rewarded within the basic salary.
