My client is an expanding residential property company seeking a number of residential property solicitors due to an increase in instructions.
The company are flexible on location and you can work from their offices in the East Midlands, Cambridgeshire or remotely. They actively promote flexible, hybrid and agile working arrangements. Regardless of how or where you choose to work, you will be part of a team, with regular check-ins, meetings and events keeping you connected to colleagues and the business. You will be responsible for running a caseload dealing with all aspects of conveyancing transactions from client instructions through to post completion matters. You will act for both housebuilders and estate agents and work on a case management system. Client care is of paramount importance and you will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
