About the Role
The successful candidate will join a busy Residential Conveyancing Department, managing their own caseload from instruction to post-completion. This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a variety of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages, from instruction to completion.
Undertaking searches, ID checks, and all aspects of conveyancing without requiring dictation.
Keeping the case management system up to date in real time.
Delivering exceptional client care through clear communication in person, via telephone, and in writing.
Collaborating with an experienced assistant to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
Have
5+ years of PQE
in residential conveyancing. Possess recent experience handling a full caseload in a busy conveyancing department. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to manage their workload independently. Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and case management systems. Show a passion for law, a strong work ethic, and the drive to deliver outstanding results. Why Join Our Client?
