We are seeking a Licenced Conveyancer or Residential Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE to join our thriving and expanding property department primarily based at our Ashford offices. The successful candidate will have excellent client care skills (in person, by telephone as well as email) ensuring client satisfaction. They will also have attention to detail and will thrive with a busy and diverse caseload including sales, purchases, leases and re-mortgages.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a busy varied residential property caseload from inception to completion.
Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and contacts alike.
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the department and the firm as a whole.
Full Driving Licence as support at our offices in Hythe and Cranbrook may also be required.
The remuneration package will include a generous starting salary with review after 6 months, a discretionary bonus, membership of our health care plan, 25 days annual leave and free parking.
