Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join the team in Swaffham, Norfolk.

The firm has grown significantly in recent years; several hires have supported this organic growth, together with its strategy of investing heavily in its staff, sharing knowledge, and promoting staff from within.

With offices across West Norfolk and Cambridgeshire, they are one of the largest firms in the region and are currently recruiting as part of its succession planning.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for

an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a successful team in Swaffham, Norfolk .

You will deal with a broad range of work which will include; Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and voluntary registrations. The firm has a strong support network of legal assistants and paralegals on-hand to assist with administrative detail. This role would be an ideal opportunity for someone who may have hit a glass ceiling in their current role.

Requirements: You will be a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ years PQE Experience in managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is an advantage but is not essential You should have first-class communication skills and be able to build client relationships Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE You will also receive an industry-leading benefits package
