Job Description Assist solicitors in preparing legal documents and contracts related to residential property transactions. Conduct comprehensive research on real estate properties and related legal matters. Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress. Maintain and organise legal files and case management systems. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points. Draft correspondence and other communications. Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed. The Successful Applicant A successful Residential Real Estate Paralegal should have: An academic background in Law, ideally with a focus on real estate or property law. Minimum 1 year experience in a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal position. Knowledge of legal research techniques and legal terminology. Proficiency in using case management systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. What's on Offer A competitive salary range of £28,000 per annum.
