The Role We are seeking a Residential Sales Negotiator to work on a full-time basis, based in our busy Barnstaple office. This will suit an individual who is currently working in a similar role (not essential) who wants to embark upon a career with a dynamic and sought-after Estate Agency. The Successful Candidate The successful candidate must have: Ideally a proven track record in residential sales; however, this is non-essential An outgoing and confident personality A driven and pro-active approach to work Highly organised and efficient approach Professionalism Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to use own initiative Driver’s license / Access to own vehicle Salary and Working Hours Salary is highly competitive.
