Position: Residential Sales Negotiator
Location: Minehead
Salary: 24,000 to 26,000 per annum with a pay review within the first 3 months!
A unique bonus scheme in which all employees benefit! Giving you the potential to earn in excess of 30,000.00 per annum.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm
1 in 3 Saturdays 9.00am to 1.00pm
Acorn by Synergie is actively seeking a Sales Negotiator to join a premier property specialist who have been established for almost two centuries. With a strong reputation for providing exceptional customer service and delivering successful results to their clients.
Role overview:
You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless experience from property viewings to negotiations. You will need to have a full driving license and your own car to attend viewing appointments.
Key responsibilities:
Marketing and promoting new and existing properties.
Registering new buyers.
Booking market valuations for senior negotiators to attend.
Booking viewings.
Matching buyers' criteria to properties, keeping in contact with them to update their status and making them aware of new properties to market.
Conducting viewings.
Giving feedback to vendors.
When required, assisting with the progression of the sale.
Experience required:
Previous experience in a similar role preferable.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
Experience in valuing would be desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
