Responsibilities :
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks.
Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to each client's needs.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support.
Provide childcare support, engaging children in educational and recreational activities.
Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in behaviour or needs.
Drive clients to appointments or activities as required, ensuring their safety during transport.
Utilise IT systems for record keeping and communication purposes.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families where applicable.
Experience in childcare or working with children is highly desirable.
Ability to understand and implement care plans effectively.
Previous experience supporting children with various needs is an advantage.
A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting children as needed.
Proficient IT skills for maintaining records and reporting on client progress.
