I am recruiting a number of CARING and PASSIONATE Support Workers to join a Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs. The service, which is located in Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire supporting adults aged between 18 - 65. The service is looking for candidates with a caring nature and the ability to have fun and engage with the people they support. Salary: £26,477 - £26,926 (including sleeps) + Plenty of overtime available! Hours: Full Time - 40 hours per week + 1 sleep per week Contract: Permanent Shifts: A variety of shifts including optional sleeps including weekends Location: Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire Benefits of the Support Worker role: Getting paid to go to the Zoo and the Cinema amongst many other activities!! Ensuring the safety of the service users. Following care plans for each individual. Taking service users out into the community. Participating in activities such as arts, crafts, gardening and day trips. Varying levels of personal care. Requirements: No experience is required. Must be resilient.
