Residential Surveyor Surveying - Connells Survey & Valuation, Regional Description: We have an exciting opportunity to join Connells Survey & Valuation as a Surveyor within a leading surveying and valuation panel management company. This role requires you to represent the company in a professional manner, work to a high standard, and maximize productivity by undertaking survey and valuation work. Responsibilities: Conduct residential surveying including Mortgage Valuations, RICS Level 1, 2 & 3 Surveys, and Drive-By valuations. Maintain a detailed knowledge of building construction and pathology. Demonstrate strong performance and risk awareness within a regulatory environment. Represent the company professionally and uphold high standards in all work. Qualifications: Associate, Member, or Fellow of the RICS. Experience in residential surveying. A passion for personal and professional development.
