As a Residential Surveyor, you'll conduct residential valuations for lending purposes and private home surveys. You'll have the autonomy to manage your workload, ensuring every report is accurate and delivered on time. You'll also act as an ambassador when visiting properties, maintaining strong relationships with residents.

Minimum Requirements:
Qualified Surveyor: Experience as a practising surveyor with RICS membership (AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS) Customer-Focused: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a client-facing role Organised & Punctual: Excellent time management skills, always meeting deadlines Communication Skills: Ability to write clear, accurate reports and communicate effectively with clients Tech-Savvy: Ideally, experience using iPads, apps, and MS Office Desirable:
