The Residential Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential care home for children. This is a full-time, permanent position that plays a pivotal role in our organization's success. Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a team of residential support workers Ensure the safety and well-being of the children in our care Develop and implement care plans for each child Manage the home's budget and resources Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders Maintain accurate records and reports Qualifications
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a residential care setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Strong organizational and time management skills Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations Benefits
