The Opportunity: As part of our ongoing expansion across Europe, the Middle East, APAC, and the USA, we are looking for a dynamic Resource Consultant/Recruitment Resourcer to focus on placing mid to senior professionals within our engineering, technical and infrastructure sectors. Your responsibilities will include:

Proactively source top-tier candidates via job boards, social media, industry sites, and referrals. Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability for various specialised roles. Manage candidate pipelines using cutting-edge applicant tracking systems (ATS). Coordinate interviews, assessments, and pre-employment processes. Collaborate with consultants to map out potential clients for candidate placements. Promote high-quality candidates to target clients, enabling consultants to follow up with precision. Partner with hiring managers to ensure clear communication of staffing needs and role requirements. What We’re Looking For: Experience in the recruitment industry or similar field. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Professional, engaging telephone manner. Enthusiasm, proactivity, and a solutions-driven mindset. Ability to lead and manage specific recruitment assignments. What We Offer: Competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000, plus uncapped commission (OTE £40,000 - £60,000).
