What we are looking for:
- Resource / recruitment expertise.
- Coordinating all onboarding activities.
- Promote best practice, awareness and understanding of key regulations & compliance procedures, HR, government laws and standards, providing guidance & advice.
- Cultivating positive & effective relationships with stakeholders and the supply chain.
- Identification of key strategy, interfaces & timelines in line with project needs.
- Maintaining and development of resource trackers & reports (PowerBI).
- To support all administration relating to resourcing for Graduate and Apprenticeship programmes.
- Assist with capability activities to include diversity & inclusion initiatives, security vetting, outreach programmes, onboarding campaigns / mobilization to site etc.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Enjoys and thrives on a challenge.

- Adaptable to changing work fronts, environments and challenging situations.
Qualifications:
Level 3 qualification or equivalent in HR or related subject.
