Based in Somerset in the South West of England our client is part of a globally recognized major project, this role will provide vital resource & recruitment support to large engineering & project teams.


What we are looking for:

  • Resource / recruitment expertise.
  • Coordinating all onboarding activities.
  • Promote best practice, awareness and understanding of key regulations & compliance procedures, HR, government laws and standards, providing guidance & advice.
  • Cultivating positive & effective relationships with stakeholders and the supply chain.
  • Identification of key strategy, interfaces & timelines in line with project needs.
  • Maintaining and development of resource trackers & reports (PowerBI).
  • To support all administration relating to resourcing for Graduate and Apprenticeship programmes.
  • Assist with capability activities to include diversity & inclusion initiatives, security vetting, outreach programmes, onboarding campaigns / mobilization to site etc.
  • Ability to prioritise workload.
  • Enjoys and thrives on a challenge.
  • Innovative & solution focused.
  • Adaptable to changing work fronts, environments and challenging situations.

Qualifications:

Level 3 qualification or equivalent in HR or related subject.
