Resource Management works collaboratively with our business to deliver successful people deployment solutions and build quality client teams with suitable skills and experience.

As a Resource Management Senior Associate, you will deliver people deployment solutions, often in fast-paced and changing environments. You will work in partnership with stakeholders, using your commercial mindset, business acumen, and Management Information (MI) to inform and influence decisions.

What your days will look like:

Proactively assist in the delivery of people deployment and workforce planning solutions using systems and tools such as Profile, Finder, TalentLink, Career Opportunities, and the Resource Tracker to enable effective Workforce Planning. Build your knowledge and understanding of portfolio growth plans to provide the business with pragmatic advice on people deployment and resourcing solutions that drive growth and profitability. Understand key skills and experience of the workforce. Influence colleagues to redeploy them. This role is for you if:

Stakeholder management and influencing - effective liaison and influencing skills, ability to challenge with humility and build and manage long-term relationships with stakeholders. Communication - communicating with impact and able to use different communication styles for different audiences. Tech savvy - able to quickly learn and understand how to use a wide range of technologies and systems. Commercial acumen - a commercial mindset and business acumen with the ability to understand the financial implications of Resource Management decisions. Analytical and problem solving - able to interpret and analyse MI and data to identify and solve problems. Time management and organisation - ability to manage your own time and workload to meet KPIs and deadlines. What you’ll receive from us:
