Here at Chessington World of Adventures, we are recruiting for a Resource Planner to join our Central Planning team! Reporting to the Central Planning Manager, you will assist in the formulation of operational resourcing plans for the resort, in line with demand-based scheduling, whilst exceeding both Revenue Per Customer (RPC) and Guest Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets. You will work closely with key department stakeholders across the business to ensure that the timely provision of all resourcing and rota needs are met, allowing for the safe and efficient operation of the resort at all times. This is a vital role within the Central Planning Team as the resort looks to resource plan based on a customer demand approach, ensuring that both staffing efficiencies and productivity are delivered. The position is full time, permanent, averaging 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required by the business. Qualifications & Experience

Have an enquiring and analytical mind to overcome any resourcing issues, ensuring that the delivery of service is not compromised. Continually look for ways to improve the efficiency of resourcing across the Resort. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively. Benefits
