We are looking for a Resource Planner to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate forecasting and planning of resources within Customer Services. This includes the provision of performance data, support for team leaders and the senior management team, administering and monitoring daily schedules, and making recommendations that will improve the service and its efficiency. You will also manage resources to ensure the cost-effective delivery of high-quality and consistent services. Role:

37.5 hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm What you will be doing: Ensuring the right number of team members are available to allow the provision of an excellent level of customer service. Creating staff schedules and rotas, providing management information to allow comparison against budget, managing holidays for customer service teams, and monitoring adherence to work schedules alongside issue resolution timescales. Working closely with stakeholders to understand the needs and requirements of teams, building key relationships throughout the group. What we are looking for: Previous experience in a similar background and experience with workforce management software. Advanced knowledge of Excel. Proven ability to critically analyse large volumes of data to produce reports.
