Academics are seeking a highly driven and proactive Resourcer to join our fantastic team in Canterbury. We are currently searching for motivated, organised, ambitious, and results-driven individuals to join us. Your primary function will be identifying talented education professionals who can add value to our schools and assist them with their full registration and compliance. This is a fantastic career opportunity for any graduate looking to excel in the education recruitment sector or anyone with previous recruitment/sales experience interested in the Education Recruitment sector. Essential Requirements: Excellent communication skills - both written and verbally Excellent attention to detail Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Personable and outgoing Professional approach High levels of customer service Excellent organisational and time management skills Willingness to learn and develop new skills Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in your career Resourcer Role: Upholding a high level of customer service at all times Proactively identifying and building relationships with suitable candidates (posting job adverts, applicant registration and transition through compliance, responding to applicant queries, sending invitations to interviews) Supporting every candidate through the full onboarding process as efficiently, effectively, and professionally as possible both via phone and face-to-face (registration, interview, compliance, etc.) Maintaining excellence in safeguarding with each registration Academics, part of Servoca Group, are a reputable, leading education recruitment agency for teachers and schools across the UK.
