Recruitment Resourcer

to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for our clients. Whether you're an experienced resourcer or looking to start your career in recruitment, this opportunity offers plenty of scope for development and growth.

Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing:

Identify potential candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Screening:

Conduct initial screenings and telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability. Database Management:

Maintain and update candidate records on the internal database. Support Recruiters:

Collaborate with recruitment consultants to meet client requirements.

What We're Looking For Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail. A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

Previous experience in recruitment or a customer-facing role is a plus but not essential. Proficient in using recruitment tools, databases, and social media platforms is advantageous.

Attitude:

Enthusiastic, driven, and eager to learn. Committed to providing exceptional candidate and client experiences.
