The Resources Casework Team are seeking to employ a caseworker to undertake a range of finance related tasks. We are looking for a confident, approachable and organised individual who will complement our existing team. You will help to resolve finance requests using the systems, processes and workflows in place and provide day to day financial support to both internal and external customers. Our Resources Caseworkers ensure attention to detail, accuracy and customer focus to enable the highest possible standards of support and advice to resolve requests. As well as finance casework you may also be involved in a wide range of business support requests. About this role

Ensure accurate, professional and timely case management is provided to internal customers to support their day-to-day business needs. Assist to ensure the provision of fit for purpose support services systems and processes. Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained, and data protection rules are followed. Promote understanding of case management processes and systems across the council. Identify improvements in customer and service provision. Undertaking less complex clerical tasks that require an understanding of relevant service processes, regulations and legislation. You will regularly refer to a Business Partner for advice and guidance (business partnering roles delivered by Resources Casework Coordinator and Resources Specialist Services Manager) along with some requirement to work with Resources Specialists.
