About The Role: Role Overview The Resourcing Advisor will report to the Resourcing Manager and will work closely with the Resourcing Senior Leadership Team to ensure that we can attract talented candidates into the Catering Business. You will be responsible for working together with the hiring managers to understand their vacancy requirements and provide consultation on how to manage an effective recruitment process. As a Resourcing Advisor, you will play an active and influential role, contributing to the future focus and development of the team, whilst supporting the day-to-day operational delivery. We offer a hybrid working model with the expectation to work from the Ipswich office at least 3 days per week. Key Responsibilities: Work together with the Resourcing Manager to deliver the divisional talent attraction strategy for the Private FM and Cleaning services businesses. Source candidates on LinkedIn and Job boards. CV shortlisting & distribution. Interview scheduling and support. Create partnerships with social value employment partners and work together on effective resourcing plans to support the local communities near our client contracts. Provide hands on resourcing support for management roles, business critical roles, contract mobilisations and operational sites with a high agency spend. Support hiring managers with premium advertising campaigns to increase vacancy application numbers where appropriate. Use the new ‘Application Tracking System’ Eploy and ‘Vendor Management System’ Indeed Flex across the UK group. Drive culture change / change management initiatives. Manage the talent pipeline together with the Resourcing Manager (including internal moves and external hires, as required). About You: Experience recruiting in either an agency or in house environment is desired or a passion for recruitment in an HR function. Experience communicating with key stakeholders. Exceptional time management and organisational skills. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively. Willing to go above and beyond to achieve great results for the business.
