Identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to meet a wide range of our customers' staffing needs. Sifting and pre-screening applications to ensure they meet the required qualifications. Working closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process. Promoting the company as an employer of choice through various channels, including social media, job fairs, and networking events. Visiting sites to meet key stakeholders and understand our wide range of customers. THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO HAVE

Proven experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Great organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Capability to manage recruitment projects and campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful completion. A full driving license. WHY JOIN US?
