Resourcing and Redeployment Lead Eden Brown Synergy is delighted to collaborate with a local authority, based in London, who are seeking a Resourcing and Redeployment Lead to join their team, to oversee their recruitment processes and drive our transformation initiatives. As the Resourcing and Redeployment Lead, you will take ownership of both internal and external recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. You will oversee the recruitment workstream and onboarding process, while also leading redeployment initiatives in line with the organization's transformation strategy. The role is initially for 3-6 months. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure timely and effective delivery of recruitment requests. Oversee the writing and placement of job advertisements to attract top talent and position the organization as an employer of choice. Act as the internal expert on ATS systems, ensuring optimal system usage and providing coaching to hiring managers. Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and best practices. Lead on redeployment initiatives, working closely with HR Business Partners to support affected employees and manage internal talent pools. Provide expert advice on recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and advertising options to internal stakeholders. Ensure all recruitment processes align with Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion best practices to foster a diverse workforce. Essential Skills:

Proven experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency, with a strong understanding of recruitment and redeployment at a senior level. Experience of using and optimizing ATS systems to streamline processes. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Desirable Skills:

CIPD qualification or equivalent recruitment-related qualification (e.g. REC). Experience managing redeployment programs and workforce restructuring.
