Resourcing/Redeployment Lead

Main purpose of the role: To lead on the internal and external recruitment processes, ensuring that both the candidates and line managers experience a positive experience. You will oversee the recruitment work stream and on-boarding process for the local authority. The post holder will lead the delivery of the redeployment initiatives as part of the transformation process, and all relevant redeployment activity in accordance with the client's redeployment procedure. You will ensure that recruitment is conducted in an effective, timely, and efficient manner with professional service always delivered. Provide expertise to internal stakeholders regarding recruitment strategies and advertising options and be the internal expert regarding the client's ATS systems and recruitment operation.
