Trowbridge Health Centre Job Summary
A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Practice Nurse to join our friendly team for two days per week. We are looking for a Practice Nurse with an interest in Respiratory Care who we can work with to further develop their knowledge and skills in this specialty. The successful candidate will be part of a team providing direct care to patients with respiratory conditions such as Asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). They will work collaboratively within the multi-disciplinary team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures pertaining to respiratory care and provide nurse leadership. Trowbridge Health Centre has a patient population of over 30,000. Our staff team is large, but this does not detract from personal support, a great team ethos, and happy, professional staff.
