What You'll Do:

As the Responsible Clinician, you'll lead the charge in delivering high-quality care to adults with learning disabilities and complex mental health needs. You will: Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized treatment plans and ensure patient progress Oversee discharge coordination, and liaise with Commissioners on admissions, progress, and planning Implement a patient-centered approach, ensuring the best outcomes for each individual Provide clinical leadership and ensure evidence-based practices are followed Participate in the non-residential on-call rota (second on-call) What We're Looking For:

GMC registration and proven experience in adult psychiatry Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and staff Autonomous working with the ability to make sound decisions that impact patient care A creative problem-solver, bringing evidence-based solutions to real-world challenges Passion for working in a collaborative, recovery-focused environment Why You'll Love It Here:
