Experience of successfully managing an operational team including direct employees and contractors. Experience of working with tenants and leaseholders. Ablility to organise and prioritise workload effectively. Resourceful, with a continuous improvement approach. Effective communication skills. Experience working with KPIs, to targets, and in within budgets to deliver an effective, efficient, and cost-effective service.
