JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant and Bar Manager to oversee our bustling Restaurant and Bar at Delta Hotels, by Marriott Huntingdon. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality and team management.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant

- Supervise and motivate staff, providing guidance and support

- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction

- Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies

- Implement and maintain health and safety regulations

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth

- Complies with all corporate accounting procedures.

- Assists Management as needed with annual Quality audit.

Skills

- Strong leadership abilities to inspire and lead a team effectively

- Proficiency in food production, bar tending, and food preparation

- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards

- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

- Understands the brand's service culture.

- Previous experience in hospitality industry is advantageous

The role will be varied shifts that could be made up of the following;

5.30am - 2.00pm / 7.00am-3.30pm / 12.00pm - 8.30pm / 3.00pm - 11.00pm / 5.00pm - 01.30am

Job Type: Full-time



Pay: £27,918.00 per year

Work Location: In person

Education and Experience (Preferred)

* High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

OR

* 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
