As an RGM, you'll have the autonomy to operate yourrestaurant as if it were your own, focusing on enhancingperformance in four crucial areas: People, Customers, Sales, andProfit. Leading on day-to-day operations, including foodpreparation, inventory management, and ensuring a clean andwelcoming environment for ourcustomers.Honing essential managerial skills, such asscheduling, team coordination, and effective communication, to leada motivated and efficient team.
Providing exceptional customer service andensuring customer satisfaction through prompt problem-solving and afriendly demeanour.
Collaborating with colleagues and other managers tomaintain high-quality standards and uphold our brand'sreputation.Embracing a continuous learning mindset, taking feedbackconstructively, and applying it to improve your skills andperformance.
