Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless guest experience. Implement and maintain high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness. Manage inventory, ordering, and scheduling to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Recruit, train, and mentor staff to create a motivated and high-performing team. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development. Customer Experience: Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally. Develop and manage budgets, financial plans, and cost control measures. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement. Analyze sales and revenue reports to make informed business decisions.
