Candidate should have broad experience in out-of-court and in-court restructurings. Practice experience should include such matters as: Drafting plans, disclosure statements, and plan support agreements Involvement in 363 sales Analysis and drafting of intercreditor and subordination agreements Analysis of, and participating in, litigation of claw back actions Analysis of leases, executory contracts, and intellectual property licenses
In addition to having a broad understanding of the Bankruptcy Code, the candidate should have a solid understanding of Article 9 secured transactions.
Salary: $260,000 - $320,000
