Retail Area Manager

to oversee and inspire a group of shops, ensuring they thrive in support of our incredible mission. Why Work With Us? Our mission is to provide specialist palliative and end of life care to adults, children and young people in the North East of England. We operate 24 charity shops across the North East area from Sunderland to Morpeth, with all proceeds supporting our essential services. Our shops are at the heart of their communities, offering a welcoming environment for shoppers and donors alike. Our shops are closed over the Christmas period so we can all enjoy the break. As our Retail Area Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to drive sales, lead enthusiastic teams, and become a champion for our hospice values. This role requires a full, current driving licence and access to a car. What You’ll Do: Boost Success:

Achieve sales targets and maximise income across our shops. Inspire Teams:

Train, motivate, and support shop managers, assistant managers, and volunteers to deliver their best. Enhance Experiences:

Ensure our shops are welcoming, well-stocked, and a joy to visit. Drive Growth:

Support strategic initiatives to expand and improve our retail presence. What We’re Looking For: Experience:

Proven success in retail management with a passion for leading and mentoring teams. Skills:

Strong organisational, communication, and IT abilities, alongside excellent customer service. Drive:
