Support the Shop Manager in achieving sales and profit targets Promote Keech within the community and encourage customer engagement Optimise store space and regular stock rotation in line with company policy Ensure excellent customer satisfaction is maintained Sign up new Gift Aid donations and process paperwork in compliance with HMRC regulations What you need to do it

Although retail experience is desirable, it is not a necessity Ability to build good rapport and be part of a team Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Great communicator with the ability to work on own initiative We thrive on seeing you flourish in your role and invest in continuous growth with supportive staff and experts on hand.
