Purpose of the role
We currently seek a dedicated and passionate Retail Consultant for a Full Time position in our counter within
Aesop London Heathrow Airport T5. The successful applicant will have flexible availability and be expected to work across 5 days, including weekends. In this role, you will be directly employed by Aesop, and be expected to work across both our T3 and T5 counters at Heathrow. Applicants will undergo a thorough vetting process with Dufry, the global travel retailer located in 58 countries worldwide. As we are in a dynamic airport environment, we operate on a rotating roster with potential late-night finishes (10:00pm) and early starts (5:00am). What we are looking for Experience operating within a customer service role or environment Effective selling skills and the ability to drive commercial outcomes History of successfully participating in and contributing to a team Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships and contribute to a positive and inclusive experience for all Open mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives Prior Airport and Dufry experience (advantageous) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of skin care and skin care industry (advantageous) Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance, and home categories (advantageous) Our
