We're on the lookout for a dynamic Retail Credit Risk Analyst to join our client's Credit Reference Agency Reporting Standards team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about shaping the future of finance and ensuring responsible lending practices across the industry. About the Opportunity: As a Retail Credit Risk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in defining policy and control standards while supporting multiple teams within the organisation. You'll help ensure accurate reporting of data to Credit Reference Agencies (CRAs) and contribute to industry-wide discussions that influence how credit risk is managed. Key Responsibilities: Review and interpret material from various sources to shape proposals and make informed recommendations. Identify and develop useful data sources to support oversight activities. Prepare committee packs, accurately take minutes, and follow up on action items. Facilitate regular meetings and ad hoc discussions with colleagues across the organisation. What You Need: Previous experience in a banking environment. Strong understanding of CRA Reporting related to Retail and Consumer Credit Risk and Collections processes. Proficiency in building impactful PowerPoint presentations that engage diverse audiences. Ability to present findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders for effective decision-making. Strong stakeholder management skills. Experience in Data Analysis and Power BI is advantageous.
