Analyse all retail data, both financially and stock-related, enabling the senior management team to plan effectively for all events and set meaningful Key Performance Indicators. Minimum Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail and beverage environment essential. Experience in a multisite outlet, stadium or event catering environment essential.
