As a Retail Media Partnership Manager you'll play a pivotal role in our innovative Retail Media solution. Your mission will be to identify, recruit, and manage vendors, driving incremental revenue through strategic alignment with key stakeholders. By delivering valuable insights, you'll empower vendors to maintain and grow their investments, ensuring they see the true value of their partnership with us. Building strong internal relationships will be crucial, as you'll need to include all relevant business areas in our planning and execution. In this role, you'll achieve ambitious vendor recruitment goals and manage their seamless onboarding process. Meeting financial targets for vendor revenue will be a key focus, and you'll provide performance insights that demonstrate the value of their investments. Collaboration with the commercial team will be essential to identify key targets and maximize revenue opportunities. Developing close relationships with key vendors will be vital, as you'll need to understand their priorities and goals, and how retail media can assist them. As our internal expert on retail media, you'll navigate both internal opportunities and third-party media developments. Liaising with our marketing agency will ensure clarity on potential third-party advancements. Additionally, you'll build an understanding of wider category trends to help vendors maximize their opportunities. Regular reviews of vendor performance will keep both internal and external stakeholders informed and aligned. Key Responsibilities
