RETAIL MERCHANDISING MANAGER - FINE JEWELLERY LUXURY LIFESTYLE HOUSE About: One of the most prestigious and successful luxury brands in the world. Specialised in leather goods, lifestyle accessories, home furnishings, perfumery, fine jewellery, watches and ready-to-wear. Responsibilities: Monitor sales performance through both quantitative analyses and qualitative feedback and work closely with the Retail Merchandising Director to update sales forecasts. Undertake detailed analyses to understand business opportunities and risks. Optimise every opportunity to move stock throughout the business, reducing the financial impact of depreciating goods. Propose a buying strategy and support physical stores in their freedom of buying. Work closely with the Visual Merchandiser to optimise product visibility and ensure products are given the right level of exposure in stores’ displays and windows. Qualities: Ideally 7 years of retail merchandising/planning experience, with strong people management skills. Experience within a retail environment, specifically within fine jewellery. Highly analytical with exceptional organisational, communication, and presentation skills. Commercially aware with a passion for luxury. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. Empathic when sharing insights with others. Team player, with excellent communication skills.
